Priced per adult, the way you already budget.
A one-time setup fee to fit Cleared to your policy, then an annual licence per credentialed adult. All prices in Canadian dollars.

Example: an association with 1,000 adults and managed review pays $11,000 in the first year, setup included, and $6,000 a year after that.
Pricing questions.
Who pays for the police checks themselves?
The adult or the club, the same way they do now. Cleared does not sell checks or take a cut from vendors, which keeps it neutral on which vendor your policy accepts.
What is a credentialed adult?
Any coach, manager, official or volunteer who holds a Cleared credential during the season. Athletes are never counted.
Can we run our own review queue?
Yes. Organizations with a staff screening officer can take the licence alone and work their own queue. Most volunteer-run associations choose managed review.
Is there a contract term?
Annual, renewed each season. Setup is paid once, at signing.
