This website

This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

If you send the pilot form, we receive your name, email, organization and anything you write. We use it only to reply to you. It is delivered to our inbox by our email provider and is not added to a mailing list.

The Cleared service

When an organization uses Cleared, that organization controls the personal information of its coaches and volunteers. Cleared processes it on the organization's behalf under a written agreement, in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

Documents are stored in Canada and purged on the organization's schedule. Criminal record disclosures are visible only to the person the organization names.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@clearedsport.com. If your information came through an organization that uses Cleared, we will work with that organization to answer you.
