Conduct
The hard conversations, with a paper trail.
Concern and compliment reports, suspensions that end on the date you set, warnings attached to the teams they affect and incident flags from officials. All of it feeds the credential, so a suspended coach is caught at the next pregame meeting.
What the discipline chair gets.
- Game reportsConcern or compliment, same weight on the form. Reports about officials route to the assignor.
- Suspensions with an end datePick the day the card scans again. It lifts itself on that day, even on an official's phone in a dead zone.
- WarningsAbout a player or a spectator, attached to the coaches who need to know, emailed to them at once.
- Incident flagsAn official raises one from the scanner. Admins get an alert with no details in it, and the record waits behind a sign in.
- A narrow seatYour discipline admin can suspend and lift. They cannot read coach emails, phones or anything else they do not need.
Compliments get the same form.
If complaining is easy and thanking is hard, you only ever hear one side.
The compliment path is the same size as the concern path, and it lands on the same desk with a button that sends it to the executive. Retention starts with someone being told they did well.
Questions.
Does a warning change a coach's verdict?
No. A warning about a player or spectator travels with the scan result as information. Only a suspension of the coach changes the verdict.
Is anything deleted?
No. Suspensions, lifts, warnings and reports are records. Changes are new rows with the old value kept.
