A parent, a coach or a new referee types a question in plain language. The assistant answers from your rules and puts the rule number beside the answer. When it is not sure, it says so and sends the question to a person.

In most associations the answer lives in a PDF on page forty one. With the rules assistant it lives in the phone of whoever is asking, with the rule number beside it so the conversation ends.

Does it make up answers?
It answers only from the rules you load. When the rules do not cover a question, it says so and logs it for an administrator.
Can it handle our own modifications?
Yes. Division modifications and local bylaws load beside the national rules, and answers say which one applies.
