For the assignor.
- AvailabilityOfficials block their own time. You assign into it, never over it.
- Two at a timeAssign the crew your sport needs. An official cannot be in two gyms at once, the database refuses it.
- Accept, decline, reconfirmEvery assignment has a state. A moved game flips both officials to reconfirm and tells you only if one says no.
- CoverageWhich games this weekend still have an empty spot, sorted by how soon they start.
- Pay reportGames worked times your rates, with exclusions. Only the assignor sees pay.
For the official.
Their games, their partner's first name, the venue and a button that says yes.
The same app checks coach credentials at the pregame meeting, so the referee who confirms the bench is cleared is the referee who was confirmed for the game. Add Official's Mindset and the person who just missed a call has somewhere to put it before the next one.
Questions.
Do officials need another app?
No. Officials use the same Cleared app for their games and for checking coach credentials. The web works too.
Who can see what officials are paid?
Only the assignor and the super administrator. Schedulers, facilities staff and club presidents cannot read pay.
Can officials report a problem at a game?
Yes. An incident flag goes to your discipline and league admins at once, without the details in the email, and the full record waits behind a sign in.
