Who owns a custom build?
It runs inside your Cleared licence for as long as you are a customer. Where a build is useful to other organizations, it may become a module, and you keep it at no extra cost.
How are custom builds priced?
A fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, based on the scope. Small builds often fit inside setup.
