Cleared for baseball
Screening, scheduling and umpires for baseball organizations.
Every coach and volunteer cleared with a current police record check and safe sport training. Every diamond booked without a clash. Every game with umpires who said yes. Built for baseball associations, clubs and provincial bodies in Canada.
Same logic, your vocabulary.
- DiamondsBooked windows by diamond, so a game can only be scheduled into time you actually hold.
- UmpiresAvailability, assigning, accept and decline, and a reconfirm request when a game moves.
- Bench staffHead coaches, assistants, managers and trainers cleared before the season, checked before every game.
- FamiliesFollowing a team, told when a game moves, signing up for volunteer shifts.
- RainoutsA cancelled day reaches every umpire and every following family once, with the makeup date when it is set.
Built in basketball. Not built for basketball.
Cleared was built inside a 7,000 athlete association. The rules come from your policy and the calendar comes from your diamonds.
A umpire confirming the adults on deck are cleared works the same way in every sport, and so does a parent who needs to know the game moved.
