Cleared for swimming
Screening, scheduling and officials for swimming organizations.
Every coach and volunteer cleared with a current police record check and safe sport training. Every lane block booked without a clash. Every meet with officials who said yes. Built for swimming associations, clubs and provincial bodies in Canada.
Same logic, your vocabulary.
- Pools and lane timeBooked windows by pool and lane, so a meet can only be scheduled into time you actually hold.
- OfficialsAvailability, assigning, accept and decline, and a reconfirm request when a meet moves.
- Deck staffCoaches, deck volunteers, chaperones and timers cleared before the season, checked before every meet.
- FamiliesFollowing a team, told when a meet moves, signing up for volunteer shifts.
- Pool deck accessEvery coach and deck volunteer checked before a meet, because the deck is where the duty of care lives.
Built in basketball. Not built for basketball.
Cleared was built inside a 7,000 athlete association. The rules come from your policy and the calendar comes from your pools and lane time.
A official confirming the adults on deck are cleared works the same way in every sport, and so does a parent who needs to know the meet moved.
